Commercial Back Office

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of orders, shipments and various customer requests.

Responsibilities and tasks of a Commercial Back Office:

• Efficient and timely management of orders and shipments
• Product knowledge (training provided) and ability to propose alternative solutions

Responsibilities and tasks of a Commercial Back Office:

• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
• Knowledge of a third language (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese) is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of the main IT tools (Excel is important)
• Driving licence B
• Maximum age 25-28 years
